ReplyFast

Terms of service

Last updated: 16 March 2026

These terms govern your use of ReplyFast (“Service”), provided by Devvizion (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business (“you”, “Customer”).

The service

ReplyFast sends automated and scheduled email responses to website enquiries you connect via webhook or integration, subject to your configuration. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice where reasonable.

Your responsibilities

Our role

We provide the platform as a processor for lead data, as described in our Privacy policy. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as number of bookings). We aim for reliable uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service.

Trials, fees, and cancellation

Trial and paid plans are as shown on the site at signup. Fees are billed in advance where subscription billing is enabled. You may cancel according to the billing flow; cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to refunds for periods already paid except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You must not:

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or risk to the platform or recipients.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your content and lead data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period (or £100 if you are on a free trial), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your email content, or your unlawful processing of lead data, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your home country if you are a consumer.
